Father God, thank You for giving me the ability to work and the ability to rest. You have designed me to need both. Forgive me for not making time to rest, not just my body but my mind and heart as well. Help me to let go of any false belief that drives me to be constantly busy. Help me learn to quiet my mind to be with You, so I can hear You and know Your voice. Help me to see that rest is a gift. Thank You that You will meet me in my times of rest and restore my soul.
